A true definition of a dream chaser, Keneisha Kimberly Williams, popularly known as Kym Harmoney, the Reggae/Dancehall soulstress, is here to deliver her message of confidence personified, transformed into a lifestyle.
Born February 25th, in Spanish Town, Jamaica, Kym Harmoney was groomed vocally in the church, where she learned the power of her voice. For years she knew that her voice would make room for her opening the unfathomable doors, nevertheless, she chose to pursue a professional path.
After migrating to the United States of America, to pursue her Degree in the Arts, the distance from her roots created a yearning that only music could fulfill. But in the words of Robert Nester Marley: "One thing about music, when it hits you..." was embraced, as lyrics from industry female veterans such as Marcia Griffith, Tanya Stephson, Lady Saw, Queen Ifrica, and Ethana, to name a few, revived her appetite for songwriting which gave her a piece of Jamaica, that made her new home environs bearable.In 2017, after sharing a few of her lyrics with the late Niko Chromatic, he gave her first opportunity to step forward with her first single You Can Do It, on the Dialysis Riddim. That was the launching pad for her record label, Dweet and Done Records releasing singles such as Upsetta - 2020, Make Up - 2021, Bad Mi Bad - 2022, Bougie - 2022, and Statement - 2022.
Kym Harmoney continues to make unique strides on her musical journey with an emphasis on believing in yourself. She continues to manifest her dreams while celebrating her wins one step at a time.
